Under EU law (Widerrufsrecht), you have the right to return any unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Send an email to hello@re-boot.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@re-boot.shop with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
