These terms apply to all purchases made through re-boot.shop, operated by REBOOT Germany, Elßholzstr. 18, 10247 Berlin. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
REBOOT Advanced Electrolyte Formula is a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
We currently ship to Germany only. Standard shipping is €2.90 and free on orders of €27.90 or more. Delivery takes 2–4 business days via DHL. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (EU Widerrufsrecht). Contact us at hello@re-boot.shop. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged.
REBOOT Germany is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
